Pros

bonus payments if you work in the field could reach more than 100% of salary.Sometimes you will feel like a slave, but when you look at your bank account you realize that you are getting paid for what you do. They invest alot of money training you and teaching you so you can be more valuable in the oil industry. This company also has a well known reputation for really working their engineers, and this would be a definate plus in your resume.

Cons

too many lon hour days, sometimes work work 50 hours with no sleep. Wrok is physically and mentally challenging and could eventually take a heavy toll on you.
