Pros

The benefits are good and the hours are flexible. The vacation policies and employee stock purchase plans are good benefits. It is such a large company that it is very easy to go unnoticed for extended periods of time. Higher levels receive bonuses when times are good.

Cons

The company is very management and process heavy. Processes are kept even when they do not create value. No one disputes processes or current design methods. If you want your career to progress you have to be diligent in exploring opportunities because management isn't going to help.

Pros

Very good bonuses. Paid overtime. Work as a team and able to learn a lot.

Cons

Incredibly long hours. Not uncommon to put in a 120 hour week. Management is a joke. Really crappy equipment. You are just a number.

Pros

Company has a very good reputation and provides good benefits. You work with nice and friendly co-workers and bosses.

Cons

There is some politics in the company. If oil/gas market goes down there is some chance that you could be laid off.
