      Pros

      Good opportunity for growth if you are willing to put in the work.

      Cons

      Some areas and departments can work off of the “good ol boy” system. It can be about who you know, and not what you know. The environment can be very political. Management does not stand behind their employees. You will work outside and far beyond the scope of your job description and not be compensated for it. A work life balance does not exist. I’ve been gone from home for 8+ weeks with no sign of relief.
