Pros
Good company. Great benefits. Treat employees with respect. Motivated employees. Good for long term career growth. Opportunity to travel all around the world.
Cons
No pension plan. No 9/80 schedule. I worked for Halliburton for more than 15 years and thoroughly enjoyed the family like work environment. I don't have anything negative to say. I went through 3 downturn with Big Red they are not brutal like Big Blue.
