      The company invests in young high potentials; Strict compliance rules, code of conduct mainstreamed and in the company's culture. Great benefits; Possibility of being relocated abroad.

      Cons

      Salaries for administrative roles way lower than the operational ones; Promotions depend a lot on market climate: after 2 or 3 years in a position, promotions depend on the signature of a contract with a big client.

      it offers a good salary, many benefits. financially it is a good company. good work/life balance.

      Cons

      the management is terrible. from the people management to the business itself. no career plan, no growth perspective, too much hierarchical, bad treatment and manners of few managers...it is an old company with an old mind. if you are young and want to do and apply new things, definitely this is NOT the place.
