      Pros

      Henkel is a company with a very strong foundation and culture. From day one I noticed the diversity and inclusion aspect which is rare. I have a very supportive team supporting me every step of the way since day 1. Would highly recommend to others.

      Cons

      I would recommend an onboarding program for newcomers to make it easier in connecting with others and getting introduced to different teams.

      Pros

      Last Monday was my first day and the CMD APAC team welcomed me so warmly. I have been wanting to work with Henkel since as an intern last year, and now as an official employee, I am very much excited to add value to the department and organization. Pre-onboarding process was very smooth as recruitment team was responsive. HR team, IT staff, reception area, and security personnel are very welcoming and attentive. Ultimately, I feel safe inside the office.

      Cons

      No lockers for new hires yet. Lack of facilities as well like nap room and recreation events like darts/table tennis/console games rooms and other similar activities where employees can drop by shortly to unwind from work.

      Pros

      Diverse culture. Work-life balance varies by task and team. Benefits are competitive vs. other global support firms, but still need improvement. Good Provident fund.

      Cons

      With the head office situated in Makati, expenses related to working there are significantly higher. Also, having to report onsite 60/40 3 days every week is a major downside, when compared to other employers in this field that only require physical presence twice month.
