Cons

Recommend keeping away from AEI. There are serious systemic issues in the organization. Systems running the business don't work and are overcomplicated. This makes doing your job next to impossible with reactive middle management. Over-reporting, analysis paralysis, and micromanagement. Employees spend more time dealing with internal issues, system shortfalls, and reporting to management then doing their job. Competing internal businesses. High employee turnover and poor morale. Many are looking for a way out. Managers are focused on reporting, checking boxes, and looking good as opposed to leading their teams and removing barriers. Senior Leadership seems to turn a blind eye to issues noted above and act like everything is OK.

- Open environment - not too hierarchical - Opportunities to develop your own carrer - locally or internationally - Real gobal company, employees from different countries really work together - Good global established processes

Cons

- Too much processes, sometimes is difficult to innovate fast - Too big company, sometimes I feel that there are different companies/cultures in the same country (from different business or functions)
