      Pros

      It's wonderful to know that my values match with Henkel values! Thinking about sustainability and concerns about a better future for our children are the main values that I really care. In Henkel I feel safe and I know that the company cares about the human being, about each employee, about me. I'm proud to be part of Henkel.

      Cons

      As the most of big companies, there are some lenght and bureaucratic processes, but I think that it's normal and it's necessary to mantain the compliance with internal rules and laws.

      There are so many wonderful things about working for Henkel. My favorite I love my core business. I also love the company culture and enjoy working with everyone. A lot of employees love their jobs because it looks great on a resume and allows them to gain a lot of knowledge.Additionally the tasks are personally challenging and match my career goals

      Cons

      Employees who are comfortable balancing life responsibilities experience less stress and more work satisfaction. Successful job share partners are accountable to each other.
