Pros

Flexible hours, you make your own schedule. Great co-workers. Great employee discount. Have the option to trade hours with other agents to accommodate your schedule.

Cons

Management doesn't care about their people, they believe in the three strikes you're out rule. It doesn't matter the circumstances. Work at home agents are encouraged to come onsite for activities, but it's not worth it, they don't care. I would only recommend working from home with Hilton if you are attending school and need a part-time job.
