      Pros

      A lot of autonomy. Definitely have opportunity to make the best of the opportunity you are given. Typical Corporate world, but have to make your own path if you can. If you like hospitality, this is the type of environment you'd like to be a part of.

      Cons

      Bosses are very much on top of you if they are insecure about themselves and their own performance. You have to be with the in crowd in order to move up. If you are not, you will become stagnant in whatever it is you may be doing.

      Easy Job with limited career advancement opportunities

      Pros

      Work is fairly simple. Employees and managers are friendly. Atmosphere is very comfortable. Excellent learning opportunity to cross train into other fields of the establishment.

      Cons

      Pay is extremely low. Management is very loose, weak and too relaxed. Many policies arent enforced at all which results in many problems and overall failure on the hotel. Management has been the same for 30+ years resulting in many lower workers never being able to be promoted on an equal level.
