      The team members who deal specifically with the guests on a day to day basis. That is the glue which holds everything together.

      Cons

      In the business of hospitality, when confronted with problems that are easily solveable, they choose to only nod in agreement, while implement nothing. It were as if they enjoy the business of " unorganization & complaints". Do your homework on the specific property before you accept any employnment. Look at the turnover rate for your specific department. Ask questions.
