      Good starting place to get foot in the door, but don't get your hopes high!

      Pros

      Certainly it depends from the property and management team how the things work among departments and people within, but it is definitely great starting place to learn hospitality traits and gain experience.

      Cons

      Again, it depends of the property, but things might not happen the way that you have in-visioned. It is slow and hard way up!

      Poor management leads to low employee morale. Management does not care about employees. Very unorganized upper management.
