      The work and opportunities are there, you just need to be willing to step up and grab the reins.

      Cons

      Once you grab the reins, you will never be able to put them down as management will continue to reward you with more and more work. Upper management is a boys club.

      Team member travel program, decient pay for Food and beverage positions, semi supportive management company, VP and President are wonderful

      Lack of education and respect from senior management, over worked, underpaid, To many rules, "core values" are not that of line employees
