Ownership by Blackstone has really removed the personal touch. When the Hilton family still owned it, it was a great company to work for and you'd frequently see people who spent their entire career at Hilton. With Blackstone, the focus is the bottom line and how they can make it "look" better, regardless of what it does to moral.
