      Pros

      Get to explore all different parts of the company They are really invested in your growth Chance to live and work abroad for 6 months Wonderful local community of young people who help the transition into the workforce Global program so you get to meet and work with other Power+ers from around the world.

      Cons

      Very large company so things can get very bureaucratic and slow at times Sometimes there will be no rotation you like, so you have to settle for "good enough".

      Our program is so unique due to the opportunity you get to explore what feels like an unlimited list of rotations. You are exposed to any business unit you're interested in, with the ability to spend 6 months abroad learning a completely different culture and work environment. This is also a great way to network through the company and build valuable relationships for your full-time role post Power+.

      Cons

      You'll wish the program was longer.
