      No pros. The company was better before.

      Cons

      There are some managers who control almost anything with lies. They arrange jobs for their relatives and people in their social circles as those people might not be qualified. Even there is a case when a nonqualified woman became a manager. Many cases. The foreign managers don't care and they believe the wrong managers. There are cases when people were dismissed from their position for no good reason but were disliked in personally by some manager which is totally unprofessional. So in general - bad company to work with - too many inside intrigues, on all levels.

      The pay was very good, considering I was left on my own during the pandemic.

      Cons

      Toxic, blame culture. They will try try to blame you for their mistakes and incompetence. They make decisions that will derail you. So, if you make a mistake, they will not support you.
