      - Good brand name with great potential to excel further - Great Leadership team - Work life balance

      Cons

      - No focus on employee growth within the organization - Processes do not focus on retaining the internal talent. - Prefer to hire from outside on higher salaries rather then benchmarking own employee's salary. - Weak HR policies. No appearance of standard policies or HR representative on sites. - Project/line manager has all decision authority with no intervention of HR. Which is biased in some cases.

      Obtain experience, but don’t stay too long. Two to three years to obtain experience then move to a better employer.

      Cons

      Poor management. Ridiculous workloads. Experienced employees are overworked and under appreciated.
