      Large company, a lot of opportunity to work for different business lines, pay well

      Cons

      A lot red tape, lacks direction of overall company, manage many major decisions from Europe so local decision making is very little.

      Pros

      Very good techonology that company posses. Very strong execution and technologi. Very good portfolio. Good facilities, good processes, very good oversight in project execution. Customer Complaint process is handled very good.

      Cons

      But The management throws will throw you under the bus the moment they see problem. They will promise you to do things for you, your career and then at end come back saying, sorry cant do it now may be in future. I have seen many examples of this. Also change of management causes whole team to topple because bosses want their own person within managaement team only, even though they are not qualified. Very limited Career oppotunities
