      Good professionals. Company takes care of employees. Excellent plan for Training.

      Salary must improve, create a stress and sometimes affect my mental health. Workload too low. Too many days don't have any assignments. Some managers need more comprehension about our job and the products we work. Human Resources is just through the computer. In this year a never meet anyone from HR

      Good meetings room Fruit catering and free coffee.

      Cons

      Micro-management is at the top of the menu there. Poor leadership and management in terms of quality, management, delegation, and vision. The company looks more local to global. The senior staff always scold others of lower positions. The senior staff with the HR always coordinate what is bad for others of lower grades. The technical mangers don't know what they are up to it. However, they keep disturb others with awkward questions. They should adapt new plan of improvement thoroughly. Hiring incompetent is not working all the time. Poor management and business ignorance.
