      - unrealistic requirements to climb corporate ladder -hard to get promoted or a raise -no overtime combined with unrealistic work hours if you cover a EU region you are also supporting APAC and US - no induction, no training - no exit interview - no working system to book time off - payslip system regularly not working - information silos - consistent information and dashboard copied and work redone because no centralised systems of work
