      HVDC is scaling up and a single control platform vision for both HVDC & Grid Quality Solutions (high, medium, low power).

      Cons

      Currently scaling up to meet the demands, lack of key engineering processes and legacy product portfolio is messy. Very hierarchical management setup.

      Pros

      Work Life balance, good work and plenty of projects, flexibility to work from Home but it depends from team to team , manager to manager.

      Cons

      Sometimes long projects take to be completed on time and that needs extra hours at sat-sun/holidays. Very sluggish System work and management work as Approvals of software takes a long times.
