      Stable recession-proof industry Job Security Generous PTO Good Benefits Package Flexible working accommodations. Plenty of room for market growth despite market saturation. Opportunities to be promoted from within.

      Growing Pains- Divesting from one entity into another has left some doubt and introduced change. Departments dont effectively communicate.

      - Poor management, unqualified managers to run the enterprise software business - Old SW impossible to sale, unclear roadmaps and priority changes every other month - Accounting dictates what is a good or bad business wise - Poor vision on how to growth the business and unreasonable price making impossible to compete - No commission payment for key deals - No install base makes difficult to bring customers and prospects together - Poor company culture, lack of respect of assigned territories and opportunities - Unbelievable slow internal processes
