      The products are complex that is, most probably, because the product was developed by different teams at different locations. It could be simplified.

      Nice friendly atmosphere. Good perks during Christmas and the Chinese new year. Medical coverage is good. For some positions, company phone is allowed.

      Less project delivery team in the region. Too Process-oriented. Knowledge transfer is less. Some technology experts are still in Europe and US.
