      It is a great company that has good benefits, employees have a certain sense of stability, employees help themselves and have salary compatible with the market average.

      Cons

      Being a very large and multinational company there is a lot of bureaucracy. The staff appraisal system does not work very well and the leadership does not care much about their subordinates.
