      Pros

      Good environment if you like working in a team setting where everyone works together an support each other.

      Cons

      Like many industries the medical has been heavily affected due to low census numbers due to freezing elective procedures. HSHS has had to resort to furloughs to reduce costs. I am confident though that when things improve and business moves toward normal levels those furloughed will be recalled.
