      Getting back on track

      Pros

      It was a stable, reliable, accommodating position with good communication and work life balance. Phenomenal team of coders. Many of them are still my friends. Pure excellence in coding department management when I was there.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Covid hit with furloughs, and Unfortunately after that - a cyber attack. Not their fault, but things were uncertain and stressful at the time. Only true con was there was no chance of earning more than 3% raise annually.

      Flexible work schedule. Several locations to choose from.

      Cons

      The pay is not good and found may get a 2 cent raise after 5 years of employment.
