Most of colleagues are nice. Pay for physicians decent.

Cons

Not enough support staff for physicians. Driven by profits. Administration and managers are not good to work with and ignore issues affecting patient care. Administration is not transparent about their ongoing financial crisis. They find reasons to get rid of doctors. Doctors with poor bedside manners are the ones who they reward or at least allow to continue working

No weekends, holidays or call in the office setting I’m in.

Cons

Very little PTO, no pension and 401k match is very very low. They match 4% of the 4% if you contribute. Insurance is also not great. Very religious. Received celebratory email after Roe vs Wade was turned over. Not LGBTQ friendly.
