Very positive and team based culture, great pay and benefits. Community based atmosphere with skilled staff anxious to jump in.

Cons

Religious, spread across two states without a detailed org chart. Lack of understanding from a corporate level the status of each hospital as they each stand alone.

We are proud of the heritage of the Sisters that began our ministry and carry on their torch today as lay people. You are correct that they are aging, and there are only a few still working in our system today. But, they have entrusted us with a great legacy to carry on their work to reveal and embody Christ's healing love for all people.
