No breaks or lunches unrealistic expectations from Management. Poor management. Talked down to like your beneath them and don’t speak out against them they will make it worse. Work with only two nurses for eight patients And no CNA ‘s All the work On the two nurses meaning Bathing, medication administration Vitals, charting, answering call lights. Also, did I mention no breaks or lunches? Will medically discriminate against you and retaliate if you go to HR or speak out in employee meetings abuut the no breaks and lunches Then HR does nothing about it. Would Change staffing due to financial concerns of the hospital and trying to save money yet will bring in a bunch of float nurses because they can’t keep staff nurses and that of course cost more.
