The team lead is fake and phony. She likes to call you out in front of management, to make you look dumb. My training person, the 2nd time (yes I was trained twice- because they didn't know how to train), was terrible! Well, actually it went well at first, then she started micromanaging my work and had a nasty unruly attitude. She would tell me one thing, while someone else told me differently. They claim unification, but management is awful and rude - she has no compassion at all. I was told to stop asking questions! Also, the person who trained me does not know the meaning of 5 years regarding credentialing. I was held to a standard that others were not.... but I would be the bad guy if I pointed that out. The person that trained me had no business training anyone because she has no patience!
