Wonderful, professional employees that truely cared about providing care and were making the hospital a profit.

Cons

Servant attitude that originated and began the journey is changing. A not for profit entity cannot have the same attitude about making a profit and keep the caring, selfless mind-set. Employees no longer feel a part of a family and just another cog in the wheel to make money. Local hospital is losing or letting go wonderful caring employees and is not the wonderful place to work for as was the case 6 or so years ago.

Worked for a small hospital im this group. Was close nit and treated like family with most co workers.

Cons

Can be nit picky on matters that are not important, some in leadership positions play favorites not treating all the same
