Great teamwork and support from management. Nursing staff and physicians are great to work with. It truly is a collaborative effort.

Less money than I could make at other hospitals.

The benefits working for HSHS are really great. The starting pay was $30.08 and most places don't have great retirement but with this company they also have a pension to go along with 403b.

Cons

Need to update the interior of most of the hospitals and make the environment look and feel more comfortable. Very outdated and old looking
