Good Care given, Lots of Training, High level of skills to work there. Would recommend to others, pay was about average.

Cons

Long Hours to much call, A few rude co-workers not really dealt with. Sometimes leadership was quick to jump you over things they heard before getting whole story.

Great opportunities, need more business professionals

Love helping people and working with physicians and staff across Illinois. Nice working atmosphere and background of an organization that helps others.

Cons

Super place for professionals who understand how to analyze and extract value from businesses. Very surprised that a Catholic organization doesn't have Good Friday off when so many private companies do.
