Wonderful residents and surgeons. No weekends. Great staff in the OR. Great Insurance. Patient care.

Cons

Short staffed. Constant turn around of workers due to not having a nurse manager in the department.

excellent employees family atmosphere within most deparments

Cons

management turnover every 2-3 years over the last 6 years leaves most employees concerned for the lack of problem solving as each new leadership regime seems to put the staff through the same roller coaster ride of 'honeymoon phase' then 'indifference' . * Current management is doing better than most and we pray that they stick around.
