Thank you for taking time to leave a review for our organization. The history and legacy the sisters have established is truly remarkable and inspiring! We feel so honored that they have passed their torch on to us to continue providing excellent care. We have really been working on colleague engagement in the last year at the Medical Group. According to our last engagement survey, 81.5% of our colleagues are either engaged or content!

Everyone is extremely helpful. Team oriented. Management is willing to listen to concerns and ideas for improvements. Benefit package is great. Friendly, warm, and welcoming.

Cons

Some units and areas of the hospital is outdated (but a lot of remodeling is being done). Pay is lower than other area hospitals, but the pros of this organization out way the pay difference.
