Communication is tough to tackle with 1,000 colleagues spread over 90 sites, but we have implemented some new measures to increase communication. There are no good experiences at all. Cant even say the food in the cafeteria was good because it was over priced and it was awful!!! And everyone just sat around talking about how miserable their jobs were.

Cons

Management is so dishonest. They will lie against you to save their jobs. I have never seen so many greed and dishonesty and so called religious people in my life, Their is so much fraud going on there. I cannot believe the state passes them. There are so many corners cut. I can only pray more people do not die in their hands.

However, you mention the cafeteria - which we don't have within our clinics. Perhaps you meant to leave this review for one of our hospital affiliates, rather than HSHS Medical Group.
