      Worked for a small hospital im this group. Was close nit and treated like family with most co workers.

      Cons

      Can be nit picky on matters that are not important, some in leadership positions play favorites not treating all the same

      Pros

      You learn a lot a medicine, pharmacology and the current procedures preformed on patients. You get to know the Hospitalists and co-workers. Most nurses and CNA work very well together and learn from each other. The management is kind, understanding and knowledgeable.

      Cons

      This is a very small hospital and are often put on LOW CENSUS. There is no limit to how many times/hours you are "called off" in a pay period. If you don't have PTO saved you're often not getting paid.

      Pros

      Salary, people are very friendly. Department believes in training its new hires almost immediately. Administrators are kind and sincere and listens to staff. Vacation time is acceptable.

      Cons

      No growth potential. Facility is basically old and outdated. Need a financial boost badly. Staff who stay here too long will have outdated skills.
