      I learned a lot in my time with them.

      They literally laid off almost all the staff because outsourcing was cheaper.

      Pros

      Invested in modern software engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD, and measurement based quality assurance. Fostered a culture of concern for a product that makes customers happy. Managers are generally capable and respectful of workers.

      Cons

      Some employee perks, such as lunch provided for employees every day, were scaled back or eliminated. This was even before COVID. The effects of the buyout by Newfold Digital are unknown to me.

      It is a Relaxed environment

      They fire the managers that actually cared about their team and keep the ones that are always gone and never want to help with an irate and rude customer NPS is a complete joke you can get 5 10/10 surveys and 2 7/10 and it’ll tank your stats They over work their employees for low level pay and do not care about work life balance at all
