      Pros

      The company culture is the best I have seen, mainly because it works very well on the daily work; You have a lot of autonomy and flexible work hours; You can see everyone trying to to the best, but without the need to do large amounts of extra hours; The career plan is not mature yet, but it is very transparent if you consider how fast the company has been growing; The benefits are also very good; They have really good talents, so you know you are working with good people on any project you are.

      Cons

      It's not a con in my opinion, but if you need an environment where people keep telling you what or how to do, it's probably not for you.

      Good atmosphere. Nice people. Chill environment. Travel opportunities.

      Cons

      A Lot. Especially if you are not in Brazil. The company has issues working with non-Portuguese speakers. a lot of positions that should be held by internationals are hired in Brazil, with unprepared people. Narcissistic management. Low salaries. Your job will consist of putting down fires all the time. Huge mess overall.Lack of ownership

      High pay for most companies in Brazil, you can learn a lot too

      Cons

      CEO wants people back in the office for no concrete reason other than "Because" even though the good numbers are in a all time high. Most of the C-Level don't know what's up. Career is kind of limited, most of everybody are either specialists or L1 no in between
