      Learn the telecommunications b2b and infrastructure and how sales team negotiate with their vendors and suppliers. Managed and communicated with different depts, especially with the service delivery team in aligning with our financial KPIs as well as meeting our yearly targets.

      Cons

      No career growth opportunities, since HQ rather promote young, inexperienced chinese folks as their future managers. Having young employees, straight out of college, with little or no experience as your manager - was quite challenging. Also at the end, would get all the credit and promotions.
