Business Outlook
Pros
It's a relatively still new player in Telco (vendor) as a MNC when I joined. So there's lots of opportunity to learn and enrich ones knowledge and grow with the company.
Cons
Workload is enormous and not fairly compensated for the effort put in. It will come to the point, where you rather cross sword with management or just say good bye. The company always try to impose Chinese working ethics to all their oversees branches although their will claim the other way round. If you do not know what's the Chinese working ethics like, here it is .....work hard (yes, the longer your working hours, the more you will impress your superior), just accept management decisions even when you know it's not the best practice ....
