We do work in a fast-paced environment. We do use scrum/agile methodologies.

Cons

Turnover is too high. The infrastructure of the office isn't good. Does not have an innovative atmosphere - even the curtains are always closed, blocking the sunlight!

Cons

Repetitive work, very boring. No way to build a career. If you enter as an intern, you will always do the same job, even if became a full-time later. And you can be fired anytime for no reason.
