The hyatt tools are not user friendly and difficult to work with, salary is not good. Absolutely no work life balance, burn out mentality

The ability to trade schedules with co workers. You can take off using a app from your phone. (I requested off sometimes in the middle of the shift) Great pay and benefits 12 free nights stays and discounts

Cons

The customers can be sooooo annoying.
