They keep outsourcing our jobs to other countries and laying hundreds of us off at a time here in the states without notice. Many of us right before Christmas were called in to tell us we were terminated immediately. Don't apply.

The management here in Hyatt Place Dubai can be difficult at times. Overtime feels expected, and if you don’t do it, it might seem like you’re not working hard enough. Favoritism and office politics are common, and salary increases usually go to a few selected people. The working hours are very long, and there’s a lot of micromanagement. There are no benefits like airfare tickets or bonuses, and the salary is quite low. The company could improve a lot to create a better work environment.
