Pros

It is an incredible work experience. Everyone is truly caring and very nice. The company is also, for the most part, genuinely interested in making their employees happy. That's why we have all the room comps and happy hours!!

Cons

Pay isn't the best and for some, the work environment may be too relaxed. There is no sense of urgency.

Beautiful resort, very busy during season equals good money. Opportunity to advance or transfer all over the country.

Cons

Management often quick to throw employees under the bus. If you work for tips, your pay will be on a roller coaster ride...it all depends on the time of the year.
