It's a nice place to work. Hospitality is a rough industry in it's self. Not too much to complain about.

Pros

Discounts on rooms. Free rooms after a year with the company. Discounts with tons of companies--- car insurance to your phone plan. Yearly raises.

Cons

Revolving-door management and employees. I've had 4 General Managers and 4 different Assistant Mangers in the past 3 years. You'll have new people o the schedule that work a few times and never show up again. Constantly shorthanded.
