Pros

Family considerate, hotel perks, genuinely nice people, challenging, room for advancement

Cons

Pay could be better, dysfunctional at times, stressful due to lack of ownership or accountability at times, dwells on things and then gets passed by.

Pros

- the pay was desirable for the environment - quality of direct department management (F&B) - unified department/co-workers

Cons

- hours long and inconsistent - department was understaffed - upper management was unprofessional and entitled. Consistent poor attitude. "Fake"

Pros

Great opportunity to connect with people and serve them. Nice perk of staying at a hotel for only $39 + tax. Small property allows you to get to know your coworkers. Cheap employee meals if you need it.

Cons

Being Egotistical managers vs. leaders was a real problem. Speaking to adults like children and ignoring your requests for tools to do your job. Pay is terrible - $10/hr cannot pay your housing and other expenses and forget a car payment in Raleigh. They also seem to hire people who are in dire situation or lack education and have no where else to really go. Sad situation. Terrible excuse for managers!! Stay away.
