Pros

The Hyatt is a wonderful company to work for because they really help each individual reach their goals. The management really takes the time to make a connection with each employee which makes coming to work easy and fun. It also helps that there are so many benefits for employees, including complimentary nights and friends and family rates.

Cons

One of the cons of working in a hotel is that you don't have regualr 9-5 work hours and holidays and weekends are pretty much non-existent (but that comes with working in hospitality).

Great benefits, good salary, very professional and neat environment , resourceful and innovative, they offer periodically trainings and all the tools to smoothly perform your job, easy grow

Cons

Changes are being made pretty slow, being such a big company, impersonal sometimes in taking decisions, lack of warmth
