Cons

Feel like being a part of the team as a whole. Not sure the pay is up to Hyatt standards. Employee meal costs $3.

Decent money, corporate structure. OK upper management. Lots of opportunities for promotion.

Management are expected to move every few years, corporate structure.

Although, sometime the track is faster, if you are open to moving. We do our best to provide options to those who are open to moving and not. Much of it is about timing.
