Pros

For Hyatt Hotels in Asia (not in N.A. or EU where the standards are much lower) -Excellent work place for systems, training, camaraderie -Good benefits and advantages, lots of emphasis on employee well-being -Salaries are below market competitors in most locations but other benefits are better

Cons

-Regardless of your performance, sales, meeting & exceeding guest expectations and numbers required, you will go nowhere unless you are personally liked by regional head office. -The system is well-known as: kiss head office key people's rear's end or never move forward. Hard-working, well-achieved fellows who do not share the kiss-butt culture are stuck for years in same properties with no upward chances.

Pros

Hyatt was a fun place to work because all coworkers are extremely genial and supportive. In addition, the company strives to make sure everyone is happy.

Cons

The company is currently in a difficult period so many jobs are unstable. It is difficult to get promoted because senior staff stay forever.
